The original Bucomac plantin Sharjah has a manufacturing capacity of 17,000 blocks a day and has its own quality control laboratory manned by professionally qualified staff.

In 2004, Bucomac set up its second plant at the Dubai Investments Park with a manufacturing capacity of 44,000 concrete blocks a day. This highly automated plant is equipped with the latest production technology and is imported from MASA AG, Germany.

The Company is now setting up its third plant atthe Dubai Investment Park. This is also a state-of-the-art MASA plant capable of manufacturing blocks as well as interlocking tiles. A fourth plant is being planned in Sharjah as well.

Bucomac's technological edge lies in the advanced attributes of its machinery - it allows mould changing in shorter time allowing for faster and higher production rates, consistent quality and high daily outputs. All blocks made in Sharjah and Dubai plants follow strict quality control standards compatible with ISO 9001 requirements.
