BUCOMAC Industries is one of the various companies of the Group, headed by Mr. Waleed Abdulrahman Bukhatir, Director-Industrial Development, Bukhatir Group, commenced operations in 1976 and is engaged in manufacturing concrete masonry blocks used in the construction industry.

BUCOMAC has four plants-one in Sharjah, two in Dubai Investments Park and one in HamriyahFree Zone. BUCOMAC Sharjah plant is in operation since 1976 has manufacturing capacity of 17,000 blocks a day. This factory has its own laboratory, manned by professionally qualified staff, keeping strict vigil on product quality.

In 2004, BUCOMAC has set up its second plant at the Dubai Investments Park with a manufacturing capacity of 48,000 to 80,000 concrete blocks a day depending on the sizes. The automatic plant has been imported from MASA AG of Germany. It has the latest production technology and incorporates state-of-the art manufacturing processes based on fully computerized operations. This plant is also capable of manufacturing interlocking tiles.

In 2006, in view of the rising demand for blocks and interlock tiles from our respective clients, BUCOMAC has acquired the state of the art MASA R 9001 XL Fast Version Plant, the first Plant of its kind in the Middle East. This highly sophisticated and fully automatic plant can produce 5000Square Meters of Interlock Tiles of regular designs and standard sizes, as well as special designs and sizes on request.

In 2008, BUCOMAC installed its 4th production unit in Hamriyah Free Zone with MASA R 9001 XL Fast version and started operation during February 2008 to serve its customers of Sharjah and other Northern Emirates.

The wide range of BUCOMAC's products encompasses Hollow and Solid blocks in all standard sizes as well as Hourdi blocks. Besides this usual range, Insulated Blocks, special lightweight hollow and Hourdi blocks are also manufactured in the Sharjah and Hamriyah Free Zone plants to tailor-made to specific requirements.

Furthermore, our 5th state-of-the-art fully automated MASA Plant in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD-II), Abu Dhabi is one of the latest concrete block and interlock tiles manufacturing plant utilizing the latest technology to provide high quality and cost effective products.This Plant is imported from MASA AG Germany, which can produce 80,000 blocks and 6000 sq meters interlock tiles per day. This Plant has started its commercial operation from 1st January, 2010 to serve our dignified customers in the capital city of Abu Dhabi.
